life dawns at birth
with expectations of it being filled with mirth
with a cry,man begins this journey
which is in fact a strange odyssey
he is led into this dark macrocosm
when he is amongst the microcosm
his fight for survival
begins at such a small level
time knoweth no bound in its flight
as each moment flaps in its plight
years pass by with out realization
in pursuit of his ambition
he goes through this peripatetic ride
which is like a twirling tide
once risen the tide should subside
and so does this ride
suddenly everything seems to be over
as the undefeatable foe the death hovers
the life that was lead with such aplomb and agony
fades away into the mist of an unfound country...
