Blindness

Man begins this journey
with his mind in no worry
but as the time moves on its track
the society gets into its act.

from the age of infancy to youth
he is taught about differentiation of man as the truth
he is led to believe about caste,creed and race
which disintegrates humanity without a trace

these groups bind his mind
which makes him blind
thoughts become narrow
and he forgets his tomorrow

these beliefs enfold
and makes his mind cold
it stifles his progress
to leave him in distress

if the chains are not broken in time
it may lead to the destruction of man-kind
otherwise,the mission of such thoughts to brew
may finally leave everybody in rue!
